Tanning
Most people when thinking of tanning, think Sunbeds. Well not necessarily, thankfully self tanning and fake tans have been totally revolutonised since the days of the yellow and orange streaks.

Most companies have a range of self tanning products some stain the surface layer of the skin and others will actually stimulate the skin to produce it's own tan. Both of these methods look good and are very easy to apply. If however, like myself, pampering is your key word then go for a salon treatment, again these can vary depending on what sort of product your therapist uses, spraying is quick, creams are relaxing, so discuss all the alternatives with your therapist and between you the right product and application will be found. I personally find tanning creams to be lovely smooth yet rich creams, and tend to wear them under my sun protection as a moisturiser, so I still tan outdoors in the Summer even though I wear sun protection, mind you, I tan just as well indoors in the winter.

So don't be nervous of the results of tanning these days they look as good as two weeks in the Bahamas.
